Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd (Huawei) has chosen the CORBA (Common Object Request Broker Architecture) standards-based Progress® Orbix® software product for integrating its market leading iManager T2000 telecommunications management system.

According to Progress, "Huawei chose the Progress Orbix product for their iManager T2000 telecommunication management system because of its standards-based protocol, multi-platform integration capabilities as well as its field-proven legacy."

The organization has integrated the Orbix software into its iManager T2000 telecommunications management system, which will give single-layer solutions for small- and medium sized transmission networks with end-to-end service maintenance.
